If modern yoga is about anything, it is about community and inclusivity. Every aspect of practice unifies and roots us deeper in ourselves, but this journey is not simply reached through asana or even meditation. Our willingness to commune, share, be vulnerable, and listen in order to better understand ourselves and each other, reveals the depths of our compassionate hearts and infuses our actions off the mat with purity and truth.
The Siddhi School offerings work to touch every aspect of our being, from the subtle and emotional body, to the physical superficial body.
While a safe space can never be guaranteed, we encourage a brave space for all to experience unique breakthroughs and to express themselves freely. This school is a home for all bodies, all interests, and all backgrounds where hateful speech and actions are not tolerated, and equanimity is always encouraged.
